The Tolaccea rotator cuff ice pack can be used as both hot and cold therapy. For cold therapy, freeze the gel pack for at least two hours. For hot therapy, microwave for 50 seconds at 700 watts. Both options help reduce fatigue and pain.
Flexible & Evenly Distributed Gel
This shoulder brace remains smooth and flexible when frozen. The gel pack contours around your shoulders, bicep, tricep, and across the injured area, providing pain-relieving compression. The wide sealed edge and extra-thick nylon cover ensure no gel leakage.
