Cold Therapy: Freeze the ice pack in the refrigerator (-13°F) for at least 1 hour. Use for 20-30 minutes; the ice pack remains flexible and comfortable during use, helping to relieve pain, swelling, and other discomforts.
Hyperthermia: Place the ice pack in the microwave (mid-range) for 15-20 seconds, then keep it warm for 20-30 minutes. This will help relieve shoulder arthritis.

The shoulder brace ice pack can be used on either the left or right shoulder as needed. The slim design allows it to be worn under regular clothing for a low-profile look, or over undershirts and t-shirts if desired.
